Comment: After leaving the medical center for treatment of my back injury, I saw a red flag immediately! The doctor mentioned my aging as a factor for the injury. I knew I needed an attorney . . but who? And where do I begin looking? I randomly made a call to an attorney who was good enough to say he couldn’t help me, but he knew another attorney who could - Bob Bandeen. Bob is an attorney who works hard for the average employee. Workers Comp is your friend for 3 months, and then they throw you under the bus. Bob was always prompt at returning calls and emails. He’s very thorough in his research, and will listen to your thoughts and questions without making you feel dumb (if that’s the case, sometimes I had a good thought to add in the mix and Bob listened). In the end, I can highly recommend Bob Bandeen as an attorney who will fight hard for you. The office staff are all friendly and treat you with much respect. It took almost 4 years to get my settlement, but Bob was there every step of the way.

Comment: My wife and I hired Bob Bandeen when she was a victim of a dog attack. The owners had 3 pit bull mix large dogs on leases. One of the dogs lunged and bit her several times. Bob Bandeen was very sympathetic and a great advisor through the whole process concerning her case. He was professional, thorough and she was able to settle her case out of court in an amount that was very fair. With Bobs help and expertise, she was able to settle in an amount that was more than many people who had suffered such a trauma. It was the partnership that my wife was able to form with Bob that made all the difference. They made a great team together to win her case which she so much deserved after all her suffering.
