Comment: I worked with Joe Barberi, Lori Erskin and Jeff Lambert on a Great Dane dog bite for 15 months. I want to be clear. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with attorneys! Joe, Lori and Jeff helped me navigate this stressful process with a great deal of professionalism and empathy. They went over and above with this case, because - in my opinion - it should have been alleviated if the owners of the dog had paid my medical bills. Which were quite minimal. But that didnt happen, so I contacted Joe Barberi Law - referred to me by a friend. it took 15 months to settle. It wasnt about the money for me it was about accountability of the owners of the dog. But thankfully we didnt go to trial because there was a young girl that would have had to take the stand and that broke my heart.I have donated a substantial amount of my settlement to the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit. From the minute the receptionist Ms. Audrieana answered my call I knew I was finally in good hands. That same call I was transferred straight to Mr. Barberi himself. Which most law firms would give you an appointment later that week. He spoke to me for almost an hour about my potential case. He was honest with how much this case would cost my family. He was honest about the process of the case. He proved that he is very knowledgeable in court. His questioning techniques are admirable. Mr. Barberi’s paralegal Ms. Kara was always professional and kind with my many emails of questions, concerns and more information of my case. She made sure that all my points were addressed on time. Comment: Before I hired this law firm, I had reasonable parenting time with our two children. After years of seeing my ex wife fail to provide a good standard of living for our sons I decided to take legal action in order gain full custody. This law firm gave me just that. The paralegal Kara put together a motion for custody and a change of residence that was so well put together that it made my case easier for everyone involved. It really showed why it was in the childrens best interest to reside with their father. Joe and his law firm will fight for the childrens best interests and they do take every case personal. They helped my children be in the best care possible. At the end of everyday that is all that matters. If you are in a legal battle with an ex girlfriend or wife, it would be in your best interest to hire a team to help you succeed in your case.
