Comment: A family memeber recently got into a lot of trouble. Having never dealt with leagle issues I was very upset and really didnt know what to do other than hire an attorney. I found Bill on line gave him a call and he talked me through things. He was out of town and with family of his own but called me back promptly to fully discuss the matter. I was kind of a basket case but he calmed me down every time. When we went to court he was able to work some magic and got a very good deal for the family member. Id highly recomend him. Not only is he a great lawyer but he really seams to care about the person he is representing and their family members. In our case it was the dreaded drug charge. My family member walked away with what could have been a 20 yr felony with no felony conviction. He also did a face to face meeting at the jail something I was very impressed with personally in the days of covid. One last thing. Comment: Receiving an OWI ticket with a .15 bac from a State police officer on I-696 was something I wasnt ready for. It was also written on the ticket that I was speeding more than 15mph over the speed limit. The officer didnt give me the ticket for speeding but he surely gave me the OWI. Bill knows the law and has the correct way of stating your case to the court prosecuting attorney and judge so that they are compelled to follow his suggestions for penalties and conviction. Bill did get my conviction lowered to DWVI and I didnt have to go through all the extra penalties of any alcohol testing, seeing the probation department for evaluation and the HEAVY court costs. I dont plan on going through this again but I would highly suggest his use to anyone and everyone that needs a true voice in the court system.
