Comment: Carl Jordan was a true blessing to me. He took his time to listen to my problem and was very patient with me and understood my situation. I was accused of a crime I did not commit. A woman wrongly bared false witnes against me by saying she did not remember me actually committing the crime but I did. I , Carl and many others were confused to how she said I committed this crime and didnt remember me doing what she said I did. So the question was asked . How do you know he committed this crime against you if you dont remember him doing it and she said , because he told me he did it. I was accused of great bodily harm with strangulation with the intent to murder. I cant even kill bugs let alone harm another human being. The case was dismissed because Carls summery to the Judge explained that the case should have been thrown out in preliminary hearing for the simple fact that she said she couldnt remember a crime so harsh was committed against her. Its kind of obvious that anyone should and would have remembered if someone strangled them. Truth is I never strangled this lady with the intention of killing her. I felt like the system was against me until Carl and the honorable Judge Cox showed me the judicial system can be trusted. Thank you so much Mr Carl Jordan for your time and your efforts in proving my case to be justified as an innocent man. I literally cried when the case was dismissed . Justice works . Comment: My son was wrongfully accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) after he met a woman off the computer (Plenty of Fish). At trial the Prosecutor presented the body-cam tape of the police busting down my sons apartment door where the woman was inside crying. Atty Jordan told me hed won cases where the Prosecutor had presented video evidence before, and he assured me my son was in the best of hands. He was right. My son was found Not Guilty! Comment: My fiance was looking at years in prison for a drug crime. He was on probation and was being charged for manufacturing 200+ plants of marijuana. They wanted to also charge him with the habitual offense, being that he was on probation and had previous offenses on his record. They tried to trick him into pleading guilty and pay a fine, but that would mean he would have to go to jail for the other offense because of his probation. Carl Jordan sat down with us and went through the entire process with us. Reassuring us that everything would be fine. I was going through a highrisk pregnancy, so stress was the last thing i needed. Carl Jordan took that stress off of me. When i could not be there in court, he would call and keep me in the loop. He helped me find a bondsman to bond my fiance out at a cheap price. He told us to have a bench trial instead of a jury trial. Long story short, he got my boyfriend a NOT GUILTY verdict. When i heard that all i could do was cry tears of joy. Carl Jordan made sure that my fiance would be there for the birth of his son. If there is any lawyer i would call again it would be him. I recommend him to everyone in need of a lawyer. He really cares about his clients and the clients family, and works with you even if you have money issues, as long as you are honest. We owe everything to Carl Jordan. He really gave us our lives back.

Comment: Okay.... lets talk about my experience with Carl Jordan ( No Relation).I have never been in trouble with the law before. First Carl walked me through each step of the law, from second degree murder to a misdemeanor and what each one means.I was upset at first for paying $3400.00 for a misdemeanor. But after all of the professional advise that was given to me, It was worth every penny.My attitude was that I am not paying them anything, I did what I did and not what they said I did, they are just trying to get money out of me!!!! I wanted to go to trial to plead my innocence.Carl set me down and made me listen to him while I calm down, after reading the pitiful police report filed by them, and said to me I got you girl......what you are going to do is plead No Contest. I was pissed and said No.......... lets go to trial !!!!!! So what he gave me was the best response, No.... going to trial will jeopardize your job. You have been there for 20 years and trials can last for days or weeks. Do you know I went to work and called the HR Department, explained what I was going through and they told me I do not have any benefits time left. WOW!!!! Comment: I attended a panel discussion at Plymouth United church of Christ in Detroit, Michigan on January 18, 2018. A friend of mine, who is a member there, invited me. The discussion featured Attorney Carl Jordan and was in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.s birthday. The theme of the discussion was how to make it home alive in the event of a police stop. Mr. Jordans presentation was absolutely FANTASTIC! He appeared to impact the audience (made up of primarily youths aged 15-20) more than any of the other five panelists. He got through to those young people passionately and with a common sense approach. His presentation was riveting.
