I would challenge any corporate firm in Michigan to give the same level of competency and attention that was availed me by Tiffany. I was involved in a difficult case in a notoriously harsh court district and accepting the original conviction or the traditional plea offering would have left me unable to continue to travel extensively for work without serious consequences. Comment: My 13 year old son was put in an unfair and absolutely ridiculous situation involving the juvenile courts in Saginaw County, in which myself, my husband, and my son were very upset because of all of the unknowns, having never been involved in the court system before. Tiffany was amazing and really helped put us all at ease. Through our first several conversations I was a mess and she was very patient and understanding. Not only did she explain everything to my husband and I and answer our questions, but also always made sure that our son knew exactly what was happening and explained things so that he could understand it as well. Comment: We found out through our insurance company that SOS was revoking my husbands license in 6 days. We never heard from SOS, no letter or anything until 3 days before the suspension. The suspension was from an accident he had 10 years ago in a different state. We were floored because he had already done a restricted license 10 years ago as part of the ruling. Tiffany answered our call at 6pm on a Thursday. She emailed a contract to us that night. She had a motion filed at our county courthouse within 24 hours. Unfortunately his license was suspended for 3 months during the hearing process but Tiffany answered every email and call within minutes of reaching out to her wether it was 6am, 10pm, Monday or Sunday. She even hiked 2 miles a day on her vacation to get cell signal to check her emails and let us know as soon as the ruling was in. She constantly kept us up to date on the case and kept us reassured that we were a priority. She managed to get the ruling changed and my husband his license back without restrictions, like nothing happened. SOS was back logged and it took 10 years for them to find his folder, no statute of limitations but Tiffany made sure that they realized this was charged incorrectly as a reckless driving charge and it should be back dated. I hope we never have to hire her again, but would do so in a heartbeat! We can not thank her enough for all she did for us. Definitely recommend hiring Tiffany!!

Comment: My experience and family results where over the top, I dont know where to start. I have had three attorneys will Tiffany being the last one. Im not the easiest client to get along with but when it comes to your children you want nothing but the best and the reason i fired the other law firms. I had a very nasty custody battle starting when my son was 6 months old just getting finally resolved as he turned 2 last week. I had to jump threw a million hoops to get 50/50 custody and equal parenting time with my son after multiple allegations against me. Tiffany guided me thru all the obstacles and always reminded me the end result will eventually come even when i thought i was going to break down because this is one of the hardest things to go through. Here legal fees where great and she really worked with me on getting her the money just like a family member would do as well as not charging for every email, fax, or phone calls.What law firm cares enough about there client that they answer phone calls or emails at night when your mind is racing or you need a answer to what to do if you didnt get your children and where suppose to or many other things. I think Tiffany debruin couldnt have done me any better on getting me what i deserved and wanted. I find it near impossible as a man to be heard or looked at at a custody battle without proper representation and Tiffany did that for me. I was told getting 50/50 custody from other attorneys wasnt going to happen if the mother was fighting but Tiffany stuck by my side and showed the courts what a great father i was and that mom and dad deserve equal rights.If you really want a attorney that cares and get result then look no further you wont be disappointed and wont get better results thats my opinion I tried the big law firms and expensive ones just let Tiffany do whats right for your family --------Trei Deubel--------
