Comment: A few years ago I attempted to get my driving privileges reinstated and the interlock device removed from my car. I hired another attorney and we failed miserably. The Randa office shoots it to you straight and walks you through everything you need to do before theyll even consider taking you on as a client and eventually requesting a hearing. They are in it to win and thats exactly what they did for me. They had a mess to clean up and they did that and got my freedom back for me. Jack Mott and Ann were amazing to work with. From beginning to end, the team at J.R.&A. attended to every detail to ensure my best chance of restoring my driving privileges. Anne and Beth are amazingly kind, responsive, and knowledgeable about the process and were able to answer all of my questions. When submitting questions or required documentation via email, I never waited more than a few minutes for a response, and they always answered the phone! Unheard of these days. The attorney who represented me - Jack Mott, was personable, kind, honest, straightforward, and obviously experienced and effective as an attorney. I felt like he listened to me and gave my case its due attention and his best efforts; I didn’t feel like just another number. This team ensures that all bases are covered so that you come to your hearing prepared and fully aware of what to expect and how to proceed. They make sure that all documentation is in order – to the point of proactively providing documentation that isn’t technically required, in order to adequately address any potential concern that could arise during the hearing process. Comment: I lost my license to 2 DUIs in 2005 and 2006. Since then I moved out of state and got my life together. I contacted Mr. Randas office after looking through many lawyers online. The staff at the office were extremely helpful and extremely professional. Never once did I call or email and not get a response. Any concerns or nerves I experience were addressed and really the process was as easy as could be. After 2 failed attempts to get ny license on my own my lawyer was able to successfully win my case and all driving rights were restored. After an 18 year long battle I wish I would have hired them sooner!

Comment: I would first like to thank Mr. Randa and his assistants Ann and Ashlee for all their help. I had 3 DUIS within 5 years and i NEVER thought I would be able to get my license back. I was referred to Mr. Randa and from my first phone call I felt like they really cared about me and not just my money.
