Im excited to have them in my corner when bigger needs arise and I cannot recommend them enough. I also really appreciate that their office is just an ordinary easy to access office in a small plaza, while still looking and feeling polished inside... it showed to me their business savvy and openness to their clients (rather than being in some up-tight high rise office suite).

Comment: SUPERLATIVE!!! I have leveraged the services of Kelley & Evanchek twice now and it was by far the best money Ive ever spent; No regrets. The first time I worked with Bryon was for my divorce. He handled EVERYTHING. He explained the itemized cost of the process ahead of time to set solid expectations which helped me realize I wasnt going to go broke getting my daughter back. The only thing I really lost in my divorce was the PS4 I let go of on day one. He worked out the child support so that my ex wouldnt be too broke to do visitation which has done a lot to keep my divorce amicable. My divorce went exactly as he said it would. The second time I needed their help the issue was solved within the 1-hour consultation and again my interests were protected. The reassurance that comes with having the best possible lawyer at your side is priceless. When the people who speak to the authorities on your behalf are eloquent, articulate, and educated like Bryon Kelley & John Evanchek you almost certainly get what you need out of the situation. They can tell you right away if they can help you or not. They have an answering service so you can still leave a message with a human being if youre outside their hours; Ive never waited more than half a day or so to hear back directly from either Bryon or John. Comment: Bryon was a huge help to us when our child made some bad choices and got in trouble with the law. Not only did he represent us well in court but also he knew the law so well that he even had to teach the prosecutor and judge a few things. The judge seemed impressed with Bryon’s knowledge of the law, and stated that he did an excellent job. Bryon was extremely professional and explained the proceedings in a way that our seventeen year old could understand, and I really feel that he saved our child from having a permanent record. Ultimately, Bryon was a personable and down to earth guy who seemed truly concerned about our daughter’s well-being. I would highly recommend Bryon to anyone who needs outstanding legal counsel.

Comment: Got stopped by the police in Canton, MI a few weeks ago and discovered that I had been driving with a suspended license because of an unpaid speeding ticket from 2009. Did not really know what to do so I called Kelley and Evanchek. They were awesome! Gave me some great advice over the phone and I was able to handle the situation by myself. Going to court soon but my license is now valid and am confident that everything will be OK now. Thanks guys!
