Comment: Joel Kershaw SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! in 2018 i was sentenced to 25 to 40 years for 1st degree home invasion and felonious assault. Joel took my case to the Michigan supreme court because he believed in it, I was entitled to a jury instruction for defense of others and my trial lawyer provided ineffective assistance of council that prejudiced me at trial, Joel knew i was protecting my family and got me out of prison! march 2022 i was set free!!! Now i live in Oregon, i have an amazing relationship, and i go hiking twice a week! Life is really good, and its all thanks to Joel and all his countless hours spent on this case, A LAWYER WHO CARES. By the way, My ERD or {earliest release date}, was 2053... and i was just trying to save my family from harm. Now we have People Vs Leffew... I can never thank you enough Joel, your the best!!!

Comment: Matt helped me with a ppo case that I wasn’t 100% sure I could win but he was on top of it and a fast thinker on his feet I was nervous intill I seen him in action. He was organized and studied all the information I had given him which most people wouldn’t do I would definitely say if you need someone in your corner he is the way to go. Best money you will ever spend. If I ever need a lawyer again he will be my first phone call!

After a couple months of my ex filing frivalous and untimely judgements Matt Vititoe got everything on that issue cleared up FINALLY. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Comment: Joel was outstanding when I presented him with my case. He took time to actually get to know what my situation was being that it was a difficult one that dealt with Ohio and Michigan. Not only did he get a Referee to re-open a case that they ignored my pleas and objection too he also got the decision overturned. I used him for family law because the Mother of my child falsely filed in Michigan.
