Julian got my friend out of two felonies with no jail time upon accepting a diversion program, meaning he got him probation then it will get off his recard. Julian also got him out of a DWI with intent to distribute; Julian againdismissed bath cases with no record. He knows and wants the best for his clients and he will deliver 100%. He is very compassionate and cares about his clients; I will recommend to other friends & family, as for future clients hire him with your eyes closed!

Comment: I hired Julian Poota as my lawyer approximately 7 years ago (2016). I got myself in a bunch of trouble real quick, getting a super drunk with a Cocaine charge. We went to circuit court where he was able to get me a slap on the wrist as it being my first criminal charge he was able to get a 7411 and if I completed probation the felony wasn’t going to be on my record. Against his advice and judgment I slipped up and pee’d dirty for cocaine while on probation as my alcoholism & addiction was still full swing. Again I walked out of the courthouse with a fine and another slap on the wrist. I couldn’t stop drinking thinking I was pulling a fast one by every one I then got another super drunk OWI while on probation with my first and Cocaine charge. We both knew I was screwed but Julian never gave up on me. My 7411 was revoked and they wanted to put me in jail for 120 days but Julian was able to get it cut in half to 60. While in Jail he made sure my sentence would run congruent to my new charge to make sure for no more jail in the future. I then hired him again to fight my now 2nd offense OWI where he was able to get me into sobriety court. Sobriety court was exactly what I needed. May 19th, 2016 is my last drink and drug. Fast forward to July 19th 2023, I hired Julian again but this time it was to get my 1st OWI & Felony Cocaine charge expunged off my record. We originally had a hearing date for July 12 but Julian threw the Judge off when telling him that the 1st OWI is still eligible even if you have a 2nd because of how he read the statute. Judge wanted to look into it so adjourned to the 19th. When we went in front of the Judge on the 19th it was agreed that both charges could be expunged and it was granted!Not only did Julian never give up on me but this man saved my life. He knows the law better than the people making them & hands down is the best Lawyer out there. I have recommended him to all my family/friends and will continue to. He saved my life, let him save yours.

Comment: I encountered trouble in my life and thankfully I found Julian. When contacting Julian it was a Monday two days before my court hearing on Wednesday. Julian was extremely helpful and allowed a in person consultation the day of me contacting him. Julian was available to attend my hearing with only two days notice. Julian was very responsive, and always kept me up to date, he showed hard work and determination with my case. Julian helped me with 4 felony charges which were two separate cases. Julian fought for me , he was able to get both cases combined , and I received 1yr 6 months HYTA probation with out jail time. Probation requirements were very minimal , and I was able to be discharged in half time (9 months). All charges were dismissed. Also upon arrest I was required to give a DNA sample and Julian was able to get the DNA Sample and Profile destroyed. The out come of my court case was Julian helping me with a second chance at life. I have no conviction and able to start fresh with a clean record thanks to Julian.

Comment: I hired Julian after I found out I was being charged with a misdemeanor - for someone who had never gotten so much as one traffic ticket, this was extremely scary! After reading his stellar reviews online, I called and his secretary put me through him, even on a weekend. I was full of anxiety but he was extremely knowledgeable and calm and assured me that we would fight this and get me a favorable outcome. I assumed it might be more dragged out, but my case got dismissed immediately at pre-trial, and I did not have to go through any sort of probation or cancel my travel plans. I have some experience with this because I have hired a few attorneys in the past for my son.Julian stood out from those other attorneys and in this case, he worked hard to get my son what I believe to be the best possible outcome based on the circumstances.My son, in his 20s, picked up new felony charges and this time there was a good chance he could get prison time. He ended up with a tough judge and to make things worse he did something really stupid and cut off his tether.Even after messing up with the teether and leaving the house while on pretrial home confinement my son still ended up with HYTA for the 2 felonies and minimal jail time. Comment: Mr.Poota is a great attorney. When I emailed him he responded within 5 minutes. I received a 5 mph speeding ticket on the express way. The police officer told me it was no points. I am an insurance agent and I know better. The ticket was going to make my insurance go up by $900 for the first year! Tickets can effect your insurance for 5 years or more! Comment: I hired Mr. Poota about 3 months to represent me on a moving violation i received in MI. I am a resident of California and I was in MI when I received a moving violation in January of 2018. I had done extensive research and it showed a few states, MI being one them does not share driving records with California. Well, It was wrong. When my insurance policy renewed in CA , there was a point on my driving record from the ticked i received about 8 months ago in MI. My insurance premiums tripled in the amount i was paying monthly to have insurance coverage on my car. I contacted Mr. Poota and hired him to fight the ticket. He filed a motion to open my case and at first, it got denied because it has been so long. He did not stop there. He went back to the court and spoke with the prosecutor and finally, was able to get in front of judge. It worked!! the point came off my record. Mr. Pootas tenacity and determination came through and as a result i will be saving a whole lot of $ on my insurance coverage. California keeps the point on a record for 3 years. It is very expensive. If I had received the ticket in CA, I would gone to traffic school and have the point removed. but since I got the ticket in MI and i am not a resident of MI, I did not qualify for traffic school. Comment: I googled best Attorneys in Michigan and Julian Pootas name was one of the names at the top of the list. I was charged with a third degree misdemeanor and was facing up to 90 days in jail. Even if I could have avoided the jail time on my own there was no way I could have risked the misdemeanor charge going on my record. I could have lost my job and it would have definitely negatively​ affected any of my future endeavors. I called Julian Pootas office and was put thru to him right away by the secretary. I explained my situation to him and from the moment he opened his mouth he was very professional and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. Before I could even voice my major concerns he told me not to worry he was going to try his best to keep me out of jail and keep the incident off my record which is what I was really worried about. He told me how much he charged and right away I was pleased because I had previously spoke to two other attorneys who quoted me a price that was a couple of hundreds of dollars more than Julian. I went to his office for the first time and he was just as professional in person as he was over the phone. My court date was about a month away and Julian was kind enough to allow me to make payments to him leading up to the court date which is something I was very grateful for. I know that every case is different and its really up to the prosecuting attorney and the judge as to what the outcome is and its not always a textbook result so hiring an attorney no matter how small you may think the charge is, is crucial for the best possible outcome and when I say hiring an attorney I really only mean hiring Julian Poota. Julian was able to get the misdemeanor dropped down to the lowest possible charge, so instead of 90 days in jail I ended up only having to attend a one time court appointed class and 6 months Non Reporting probation. The sweetest part of the deal that Julian was able to get was that after 6 months if I stay out of trouble (which I absolutely plan to) my record will be wiped clean! Nobodys perfect and everybody makes mistakes some small and some big, I am just grateful that Julian Poota was there to ensure the big mistake I made was not one that followed me for the rest of my life. If you are in need of counsel Julian Poota is definitely the attorney to call!

Comment: The law office of Mr. Julian Poota was great. I was looking at 2 misdemeanors. One for not changing lanes because of staionary police office having another pulled over on the shoulder of the freeway and driving an unregistered vehicle. Both cases were dismissed and the charged was reduced to a 5 over impeding traffic with no points and only paid a small fine. Thanks Julian

Comment: I had a serious case pending at the courts! I contacted several lawyers online! I told them about my situation and the first thing that came out of their mouths was a lot money! Then, talking with them further, the direction or strategies they wanted to pursue in court did not make sense to me! I talked with five different attorneys!! As a result of this! My stress level was reduced drastically!! My case went on for approximate four months! If, I would have lost my case in court! The results, for my life would have been CATASTROPHIC!
