Comment: First time ever getting in trouble and was worried, anxious, scared of what my outcome could be. I was calling and researching attorneys all over Michigan and hitting dead ends. I came across Wade McCann and from the initial call to the end he made me feel like I wasnt alone. He listened and informed me of any possible outcomes. Hes aggressive and doesnt stop fighting for his clients. He was able to get one charge dismissed and got me a really good deal on another charge. I went from feeling hopeless to knowing I could get through this. It was a long road and Wade walked it with me! Comment: Wade did a tremendous job of representing me in a difficult situation. I was facing potential incarceration, loss of driving privileges, probation, community service and fines. Wade was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Prosecuting Attorney to a lesser, less punitive offense. Wade was thorough, answered all of my questions, and detailed in preparing me for the entire process without bombarding me with a lot of minutia. He was also extremely professional and respectful to everyone in the court. He was able to arrange the pre-trial meeting, probation interview & evaluation, and sentencing the same day. Being from out of state, this saved me several expensive and time consuming trips to Michigan. The resulting sentence was much better than I could have even imagined. Comment: Facing life in prison for Attempted Murder and two other charges, I was in the worst situation imaginable. Hiring Wade McCann as my attorney was the smartest thing I could have done. The prosecutor refused to offer us anything but substantial prison time, but Mr. McCann was confident we would do much better at trial. He did a great job with the jury and I was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. If you are facing charges, hiring Mr. McCann is your best option !!

Comment: I hired Wade to handle a traffic violation, as I wanted to avoid the points on my record. While many attorneys are hucksters, Wade was a straight shooter and honest from the get-go. He didnt make any promises but gave me honest input and his prediction for the outcome was accurate. He was a strong advocate for me and he was triumphant for me, making the violation a zero-point offense with a small fine. Wade is not going to wow you with phony charisma. Hell just tell you what the deal is, get to work for you, and grind for the best outcome possible. I would feel comfortable recommending him to a friend or family member, knowing they would have a wise attorney fighting for them.

He answers the phone at any time and is very patient and answers any questions that you may have. Ive never dealt with an attorney that has as much sympathy for the person and family.
