Comment: These women are amazing, confident, hard-working and highly skilled!Mariell fought for my husband’s innocence and earned him a NOT GUILTY verdict as he deserves! Not only this, but she took over the case last minute, gave it her all and did an AMAZING job! She was really personable with our family and friends, who all also think she is an amazing attorney and did a wonderful job in my husband’s case. Words are not enough to express my thankfulness and gratefulness for her representation. Also, we wouldn’t have had Mariell if it weren’t for Shannon. Comment: So heres the bottom-line why you need to call Shannon Smith if youre accused of a sex crime. Dont call another attorney until you at least read what I have to say. There are some criminal charges that are less serious, where you can end up with a criminal record or costs and fines. For those, maybe it wont make any difference who you hire. Then there are other criminal charges. The kind where youre accused of a serious act of criminal sexual conduct; the kind where your reputation, freedom, and your very life are at stake. Youre in a fight for your survival. What attorney deserves to hold your life in their hands? These are the cases where you cannot afford to make a mistake in that decision. I can personally attest to the fact that Shannon Smith has successfully defended and acquitted countless people accused of these most serious crimes. Shannon knows how to stand up in-front of a jury, gain their trust, and earn you back your freedom. It may surprise you to know that the average attorney cannot try a case to a jury, let alone a CSC case. But that doesnt mean they wont take your money and promise you otherwise. Shannon is the real deal. If the life and future of you or your loved one is valuable to you, then a question you really need to ask yourself is whether you can afford not to have someone like Shannon Smith on your side. She was able to answer candidly any question we threw at her and gave a ton of practical advice. Apart from being a engrossing classroom speaker, it was clear that she is excellent in the courtroom. Her poise and ability to capture our attention as students would translate to juries as well.
