I have a small claims settlement that was initiated before COVID. During COVID, the process was placed on hold as with many other things. The Rubinstein Law Firm never stopped working on my case. Any time I had questions throughout the process, Mr. Rubinstein would personally respond to my emails and phone calls. He explains everything in a manner in which I can understand, and he is genuinely honest. Comment: Jan did an amazing job for me!!I had a very difficult case in which I had to prove my innocence against the word of two State cops.I was offered a plea deal numerous times, but I repeatedly turned it down because I hadn’t done anything wrong which was not making the judge very happy as my case wasn’t deemed very important.But I was being railroaded and wasn’t about to take a plea!Jan stuck by me the entire time, and his line of questioning of the two cops destroyed their credibility and I was acquitted on both charges!!He’s my new attorney for life!!

They walked me through all of the steps and what was required of me while being very upfront about the costs and what they felt they could honestly provide. When the first offer of settlement came in, Jan did not pressure me into taking it. He asked me what I felt comfortable with and we went back to the table together.
